This three-story brick and frame building, built in the late 1800's, was completely gutted and rehabilitated to create two 1,000 square foot apartments as well as a 1,000 square foot commercial space. The building was beautifully restored with attention to original details. This process involved restoring the building's original brick façade as well as the window trim and the cornice. Each apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. |
